We were formerly known as Chinese Gourmet, but with many requests, we are expanding our menu to a broad variety of Southeast Asian cuisines, hence our name change. We now offer Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Lao, Korean, and Filipino food. Well, mango is a fruit native to Southeast Asia, and believe it or not, we love to eat them when they are still green and unripe. Yes, they are often very sour, but we like to dip them in hot sauce!
